Meet Dr. Jeffery Turnbull

Dr. Jeffery Turnbull was born, raised, and has lived in the midwest his whole life. He has practiced chiropractic in Antioch for 22 years.


Dr. Turnbull is a graduate of University of Illinois and National College of Chiropractic where he obtained a B.S in Biology, B.S in Science, and a Doctorate of Chiropractic.


Dr. Turnbull is very passionate about chiropractic, holistic health, and serving and educating his patients so they can live their lives to the fullest. Whether that be with chiropractic, nutrition, or Softwave. Dr. Turnbull first discovered chiropractic at a young age after a gymnastics injury. He was told by a surgeon that if he didn’t have surgery to decompress his spine, he may never walk again. Luckily for him, his parents took him to a chiropractor for a second opinion. Within a month he was walking again. Within three months he was training again. It was then that he decided he too wanted to help people and that he was going to be a chiropractor. 

In his free time Dr. Turnbull enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, skiing, hiking, and just being outdoors!

Meet Dr. Ty Summers

Dr. Ty Summers was born and raised in the Midwest and went to Lakes Community High School in Lake Villa, IL. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where he received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. While playing football at UWO, Dr. Summers started visiting a chiropractor and realized the impact that chiropractic care can have on athletic performance and the important role it plays in everyone's day-to-day lives.


After college, Dr. Summers attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. There he spent a lot of time practicing his technique, deepening his understanding of the human body, and diving deeper into the philosophy of what makes chiropractic such a beautiful passion. Shortly after graduation, he became part of the Alternative Solutions family. Dr. Summers believes that chiropractic care should start from birth, but it is never too late to begin care. His goal is to make a healthy impact in the lives of individuals and families so that they can go on and impact the lives of others.


Dr. Summers resides in Kenosha, Wisconsin with his wife and son. He likes to keep a healthy balance between grilling, powerlifting and spending time outdoors.
